New Profile Picture - and other stuff

so, new profile picture, taken by, yours truly. haha. Its lame, I know. i'm going to be doing a fun shoot with my friend once we get back to University of Oregon, it should be pretty dang awesome. I can't wait for school to start again, then i'll be busy, which I like.

i was thinking tomsyelf when i was uploading the photo and browsing through comments that people have left me, it was very interesting and weird almost. People have been saying that I'm an inspiration and someone they look up to, i mean, thats awesome, choose your role models carefully, because i could just be a complete ass in person, but i'm not. I guess what i'm trying to get at is, don't base your inspiration that you get or, the person you look up to based on looks, or how many friends they have, base it on their morals, hopes, dreams, and how and WHY they inspire you to be that much better of a person.

I'm off to read harry potter 7, sleep, then do some math homework tomorrow and hang out with my family.

I want to ask something of you all, ask any question taht you want, and I will answer it in this journal thread. So, post any question and I will try my best to answer it to the best of my abilities, ask anything you want, be creative.

jesus, just read what i've wrote / experienced since being in portland for about 1 month.

we will never truly konw. But this "Courtney" girl who is from Portland and "graduated" from Lincoln Highschool and is going to OSU next year, or thats what she told me has used pictures from this girl's myspace.

Similarily, she took all the pictures she used from the girls HipLog and Photobucket if you go and look for yourself. She took a pictures from Rachel's Graduation and said it was her dressed up to go out on a date with "Zac." Similarly, after reading various comments from "Zac" to other people, his internet manarisms and grammaer was very much like certain people, and all of his myspace photos as well as his sisters, are all linked to someones photobucket, and this certain photobucket has mass amounts of pictures from Rachel, or "Courtney" as well as Zac and his sister Jennifer, I'll let people be the judge of this situation. After all is said and done, I know, and other people (hahaha so juicy) know what is going on. We're not dumb, we all talked about what is going on, and such.

Similarily, she also had a picture of one of rachel's friends with "Zac" claiming that it was courtney as well, if you looked closely the piercings on the nose was on the wrong side, and Rachel has never had her lip pierced either.

And my big TA-DA moment. These 3 "people" who supposedly
live in portland, and have been "sighted" but never physically met, have
all their "personal" photos and pictures from their individual myspace's all uploaded to one single person's photobucket, but i mean they are all friends, right?....

But the photobucket is now currently unavaliable and set to "private" when last night I viewed this "public" photobucket, which only 1 person knew the password to, and viewed all the pictures from all 3 of these people that their personal myspace profile pictures were uploaded from.
Considence? Maybe, but i'm not convinced till I meet these individuals or speak to them from a phone number that isn't blocked.

Thats my apology to Mary-Ann, you didn't do anything, but the fingers point to you. I may have wrongly accused you, but i'm still not fully convinced it wasn't you. You had all the personal photos and profile pictures used by these 3 three people, your internet manarisms and grammar were similar to stuff zac had said to certain people on their comments a year back. Courtney talked exactly like you, sounded like you on the phone, with her quick words, high pitched tones when telling a story, and her heavy breathing when catching a breath inbetween talking. Not to mention you told me her last name was Votts, when then someone told me it was Shields, or Sherley. Who knows anymore? Or who knows, maybe shes not even a human being, when all the pictures of courtney i've seen are from Rachel, and rachel's friends, look in the photobucket of hiplogs, you see it.

Anyways from this moment on, i'm done with this situation, i've been told that people were 18, graduated and heading to certain colleges, when yesterday someone told me that they are all actually 15-17, and not even close to college. Weird, oh also, I aparantly took someone to get their nose pierced, weird? Because i've never left my house except once to a piercing parlor to get a retainer, and could drive there if my life depended on it.

After being in portland for a month and watching dumb 16 year old scene girls fight over "famous" myspace d00dz, it just makes me realize why i hated this site in the first place. It was supposed to be about meeting real people not fake fucks, who tell me they got proposed to, or some girl is having his illegetimate child, when none of these things are true, let alone the actual person. This was all done by one or two individuals who need lives, friends, families, and hobbys besides spending their time on the internet contacting "omgz s0000 cuteeezzz" guys to call on the phone with a blocked number to pretend that they are some hot girl.

Sorry I haven't been on here!

Updates on whats been going on:

1. Sorry I haven't updated in a long time, i've been busy with getting done with school and moving out of my dorm room and such.
2. I'm really getting into making lists on the internet [such at this, don't like? fuck you, deal with it].
3. Looking for a job, pray that I get one.
4. Portland is nice, but Boise is home to be, and where my heart will always lie.

6. Been playing lots of Diablo 2 LoD, yeah, i'm kind of a nerd.

In other things going on with my life, i've got two weeks of school left, and can't wait to be done. Then I start my online class for my pre calc class, lame. But I will be going to my (new) home in portland, to be with my parents and start working over the summer before goign back to U of O. Also, if you see me in public, or something, come up and say hi, or to ask me a question or anything you like.

Album Review - Dead Man In Reno - "self-titled"

Album Review â�“ Dead Man In Reno â�“ Self-Titled

I remember browsing the band profiles as I usually do on Myspace.com; I came across a relatively unknown band by the name of Dead Man In Reno. After hearing the first 45 seconds of their self-titled album, I knew that I had to have the album. I immediately got online and found their CD and had it in my hands instantly. Although the album was released in September of 2006, this album kicks so much ass that it can still be reviewed in the oh so musically progressive (not) year of 2007.

The opening track acts as an â�˜introâ�™ into the album, with a sort of white noise in the background from a television, then slowly turns into a breakdown with an enormous guitar rift. The intro song is very catchy and would have any bro hard lining in no time. With the end of that it merges into â�˜From Here I Can See The Shore.â�™ This is where you hear the vocalist for the first time; its crisp, loud, and easy to listen to. Justin has a good vocal range, and also a bossanova singing voice (yeah, I used bossanova, like from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles).

I know that most of you Buzznet.com users are spending most of your time obsessing over the latest fashion and video by Panic! or My Chemical Romance, but I feel that this band, as they combine singing and screaming, much like the old My Chemical Romance, would appeal to you guys more than you would think. Break out of your shell, listen to something completely different that what you are used to, who knows maybe you will fall in love, might as well try everything once...right?

With guitar rifts to satisfy any metal fan, breakdowns to make any scene kid cream his girl jeans, this band has blended multiple genres into an awesome debut album. I suggest everyone to listen to this band at least once before making any judgments, pick up this CD online at Myspace.com/DeadManInReno as fast as you can, you wonâ�™t regret it one bit.

Shoot em kid

Photoshoot today with Jen, pretty stoked, pictures will be up soon.
School is getting a bit less stressful after doing all my midterms over the last two weeks. I feel normal for once after 3 weeks of constant work. House hunting is going alright, we decide on a house tomrrow, me and four of my buddies. Should be fun to live in next year while going to school.

Hopefully taking a trip out to LA, been asked to do some shoots by some photographers, hopefully I'll get out there this summer, see what happens, but I have to finish school first. I want to do some clothign line stuff, modeling for some alternative tee shirt lines or something fun like that. Who knows, we'll see where this takes me.

The week ahead.

Alright, so finally made it back to school, after spending 4 nights at the new house
with the parents in portland, it was so nice to see them, and my dog of course.

I got back and checked my Econ midterm grade, got a B, could have done better, I didn't study at
all because i got cocky and though i knew everything, wont do that again. Have a world history midterm tomorrow, have to prepare 3 essay outlines to write during the miderm and have to memorize 11 terms and the dates associated with the terms and how they are relevant to the time period, going to be brutal but I think I will do well. Probably B+, A- range. Not too bad.

Went to some confrences on genocide today, had to attend 3 of them for my German history class, they were pretty interesting. Learned about genocide in america and about a book called "Death of an Alminac" I think, it sounded really intersting, I might pick it up for some leisure time reading, haha when i have spare time.

So, photoshoot this week, probably wednesday, with Jen, I promise it'll be this week, I'll get the pictures up asap. Also please make suggestions on videos / photoshoots that you'd like to see me in or something. be creative, give me some good ideas :].

Finally, I've been getting an insane amout of notes / messages, I try so hard to comment everyone back, its difficult. Here's a hint at to me getting bacfk to you quicker, don't just ask "how are you" or "thanks for the add", say something interesting, ask a question, stand out, and i'll get to those notes first before i get to the boring ones. :D
